Lovely clean apartment, warm and cosy and well equipped. Gated parking a bonus. Nice to sit out on the balcony & enjoy the sea view. Carbis Bay train station within easy walking distance, recommend taking the train into St Ives, avoiding the hassle of parking. Trains roughly every 30 mins. ...

A comfortable, well equipped property with easy access to lots of lovely places to visit. We recommend using the train to visit St Ives, which is a lovely place to wander round but parking there is difficult. We had a lovely holiday.

Very good apartment close to Carbis Bay Railway Station and Carbis Bay beach. Coastal path to centre of St Ives approx. 2 miles, very steep in places. The apartment is first floor with one below and one above.

A lovely fresh and modern apartment which was pristine clean, very comfortable (seats and beds!), well-equipped, quiet, and with a lovely seaview - and you can just see St Ives' headland temptingly in the distance one way, and Godrevy lighthouse over in the corner the other way. You can sit on the covered balcony and if it's a teeny bit breezy at times there are lovely throws provided to wrap around you. We have stayed in other apartments in Carbis Bay and knew to expect the very steep road down (and up!) to the beach and train station and were ready for it - maybe not so good for anybody with mobility restrictions, but it is very handy either getting on the train and taking the 3 minute trip into St Ives, or enjoying the slightly challenging coastal path in with its marvellous views. Carbis Bay beach is quiet and if you like variety, there are others along at St Ives too but we've often overlooked Carbis Bay beach when it was right under our nose. If you're vegetarian or vegan there is a restaurant nearby and you can get take out, and there are good options in nearby St Ives too. A big Tesco store in Carbis Bay is great for stocking up if you are eating or snacking in the apartment. Carbis Bay is a handy place as a base to visit other parts of Cornwall too - a week is not long enough! We definitely hope to return to this apartment, which suited our needs very well and has left us with good memories of our trip this time....
