A lovely spacious, well equipped property in exceptional surroundings. The owners we so friendly and we had free run of their beautiful 150 acres of farmland. Lots of country walks directly from the barn. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but a very short car journey and we were in Shaftesbury which is steeped in history and very picturesque, with a variety of excellent restaurants and pubs. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is considering a stay here. ...

The location was excellent for exploring Wiltshire and Dorset, and also the Jurassic coast isn't too far. My duaghter loved being on a farm and enjoyed the chickens coming to say good morning each day. Lovely to get a welcome chocolate cake and fresh milk upon arrival. Thye knew we were coming with a baby and had already put up the cot and high chair for our use. Highly recommend this place for families. ...

Wonderful for a break with kids (they will love feeding the ducks and chickens) or just for adults (a leisurely walk to the pub or drinks by the pond). Hatts Barn was fantastic!
