The deck area has superb views over fields to the sea beyond.

The sheep have acres in which to graze happily.
The sheep are a mix of different breeds, all inquisitive and likely to come and say hello when you walk around the edge of their field.
Happy alpacas that live on this small holding.
The chicken coop opposite the owners' cottage, covered in roses throughout the summer...what a lovely home for the lucky bantam hens!

Watch the boats bobbing in Newquay harbour.
This part of the coastline has many beautiful walks, you may even get to see the Poppy fields in season.
The Gannel, just outside Newquay town centre, is a perfect spot to take paddleboards, canoes and kayaks.

We had a lovely time at the Summer house. Amazing views, chilling in the hot tub. Lovely garden and loved watching the animal. The owners provided us with fresh homemade bread, eggs and milk.

What an amazing holiday. The summerhouse is such a beautiful little property set in a huge garden with sea views. It is charmingly decorated and has everything you need for a perfect holiday - including bathrobes for your nightly stroll back from the hot tub. The owners are truly lovely people who made our stay very special and we can't wait to return!...

Summerhouse is a very special place, so relaxing and comfortable. It was our second stay there and we'll definitely do it again. If it wasn't that we were missing our little grandson, Alasdair, we wouldn't have wanted to leave.

The Summer House was everything and more that I hoped it would be. I can't say enough nice things. I was looking forward to meeting the animals and got to help feed the alpacas. Rastus the goat was a real personality as were the roosters and chickens. The cottage itself is darling and so thoughtfully and sweetly presented. I loved all the little decorative touches everywhere you looked. Especially the doorstops and big stuffed lamb. Everything was immaculate and the owners were such a delight. Very warm and welcoming!!! The gardens, views, patios and outdoor furniture were also wonderful!!! This house might be a tight squeeze for one or more large or tall people or a couple who are not in love anymore. ????...
