The sheep have acres in which to graze happily.
The sheep are a mix of different breeds, all inquisitive and likely to come and say hello when you walk around the edge of their field.
Happy alpacas that live on this small holding.
The chicken coop opposite the owners' cottage, covered in roses throughout the summer...what a lovely home for the lucky bantam hens!

Watch the boats bobbing in Newquay harbour.
This part of the coastline has many beautiful walks, you may even get to see the Poppy fields in season.
The Gannel, just outside Newquay town centre, is a perfect spot to take paddleboards, canoes and kayaks.

An absolutely idyllic cottage in a perfect, rural location with fantastic sea views. The owners are absolutely lovely and they bake the most delicious bread (plus jam and fresh eggs from the farm). The cottage is very well-equipped and a perfect match for anyone wanting peace and quiet while being close to the sea. The llamas, sheep and goats are an added bonus. We'll be back! ...

We absolutely fell in love with the Summer House. It's in a great location with beautiful views over Perranporth and a good base for days out to St Ives, Newquay and more. Malcolm and Sally were fantastic hosts, and the animals were great entertainment (especially the baby goats). Sally's home made bread and jam are to die for, and their chickens make the best eggs! The Summerhouse will certainly hold a place in our hearts and we hope to visit again....

What a find! Brilliant cottage, wonderful rural situation, but close to Perranporth. Friendly helpful owners.
