Twelve Steps is in an excellent position for exploring the north Cornish coast. It is a spacious and comfortable house and well equipped. The sun shines on the garden most of the day and we had some stunning sunsets. However although there are some nice things about this cottage, in general the house and garden is in need of maintenance....

We had a lovely 2 weeks in the cottage in August, the grandchildren enjoyed the beautiful wild garden and lawn. The adults enjoyed the quiet location and privacy and when the sun shone,sun loungers could be moved around the ample back lawn and patio area to catch it. The kitchen and dining area was excellent and we were spoilt with 2 lounges. We will come again....
