We stayed in this cottage for a week. Its in a lovely rural position and a short drive from Truro. Unfortunately we found the bedroom to smell damp and the electric shower very poor. We enjoyed our week exploring this part of Cornwall but would unfortunately not return to Swallows Nest....

We couldn't find any evidence of damp at the time of your visit, nevertheless, many Cornish properties such as this do benefit from good ventilation. The water pressure can vary in this area and we apologise for any inconvenience. This is a lovely cottage which is very well-equipped, much better than many holiday cottages I've stayed in. It is comfortably furnished. Having the living room upstairs takes full advantage of the wonderful views across the countryside. The north coast beaches are within easy reach.
