The cottage is gorgeous. Very cosy and clean, with just about everything needed provided. It also had a lovely private garden with plenty of seating to enjoy the nicer weather. It was a bonus to be able to do some lovely walks direct from the cottage....

Beam Ends is an old Dartmoor cottage with an interesting history. Lovely quiet location close to Haytor and surrounding moorland. Homely, comfortable and well equipped. The shady patio area proved its worth during the heatwave and owners also allow access to their own extensive garden. Owners, Jill and Duffy, were extremely welcoming and keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. They were on hand to give advice on local amenities if needed. Delicious home made cake and a bottle of cold lemonade ready for our arrival. A wonderful and relaxing holiday....
