We have stayed at Wallis' Barn on a number of occasions (along with all the other properties in the Tregiddle complex) and have always been highly satisfied with the exceptional standard of every one. The recent redecoration and design programme has only served to enhance these exceptional properties. We need look no further. ...

A second stay in this delightful barn conversion with its light airy decor and huge comfortable sofas. It is spotlessly clean and there was a welcome basket of goodies waiting for us and fresh milk and cream in the fridge. There was no badminton available on this occasion in the garden. It is in an ideal location for exploring the Lizard, Land's End peninsula and the north coast sandy beaches and it is easy to cross to the Roseland Peninsula via the King Harry Ferry. There are beautiful gardens at Trebah and National Trust gardens at Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trengwainton, and Lanhydrock a bit further away, plus Caerhays Castle and the Lost Gardens of Heligon on the Roseland Peninsula. There is a choice of cinemas in Helston, Falmouth, Redruth, Truro and Penzance and plenty of good pubs to eat in if you know where to find them! We look forward to returning in the future....

We were all very happy with the accommodation and would go back again. I would have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Wallis Barn to friends and family.

Fabulous location. Quiet. Perfect place to retreat too away from the crowds.

Wallis Barn has been beautifully converted and has a light airy feel to it and huge comfortable sofas. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, including the provision of tennis and badminton racquets, tennis balls and shuttlecocks so one can make use of the grass court outside. A basket of food was waiting for us with a cream tea, milk, eggs, shortbread and fudge. It is very well located for exploring the Lizard and Land's End coasts to the south and west with sandy beaches at Kynance Cove and Church Cove, Gunwalloe. To the east one can walk to Frenchman's Creek from Helford and on the opposite shore visit beautiful Trebah Gardens and Glendurgan. There is easy access to the north coast with many sandy beaches including Gwithian. For wet weather there are good cinemas at Helston, Falmouth, Redruth, Truro and Penzance and many good pubs including The Halzephron Inn at Gunwalloe, The Old Inn at Mullion, The Crown Inn at Goldsithney and a superb carvery at The Halfway House at Rame between Helston and Falmouth....
