This was a spotlessly clean, superbly well-appointed and beautifully decorated cottage. The location was ideal for exploring the Lizard, and also for going further afield to Penzance/St Ives/Falmouth. It is a very quiet location but not too isolated - only about 2 miles from Helston. The kitchen and equipment was excellent, and all the furniture and furnishings smart and comfortable - no IKEA here! There was ample parking and a huge lawned garden if you wanted to laze around in the sun. A pet hate of ours is owners who offload all their unwanted bric-a-brac into their holiday let on to every surface to collect dust - but there was none of this! There was no mobile signal - or wi-fi (yet). We think on reflection this was probably an advantage....
