What a fantastic cottage, private, perfect location for dog friendly beaches. Good facilities, plenty of space for us and our dogs. Loved the lake area ,a nice walk each evening for us and the dogs. The ground floor bedroom and en-suite was perfect for my elderly Father. This is a hidden gem and we plan to return in the very near future....

Trevithic Farm is in an ideal location if looking for a quiet and tranquil place to stay. We found the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed self catering holiday. All the rooms and general areas were very clean and the furniture etc of a good standard. Immediately felt like being at home and able to use all the equipment and facilities without any concern for their condition. We always arrange for the bulk of our food/provisions to be delivered soon after arrival when we do this sort of holiday and there was plenty of space to store everything in cupboards, freezer and fridges. We had the best holiday at Trevithick and cannot wait to come back. The walk down to the lakes is a must but the hill is very steep (not great for those less able). The hot tub is a lovely bonus and the afternoon tea on arrival was a fab surprise.
