Bedroom 3 has 3' twin beds and is on the second floor.
The sparkling shower room is brand new and is situated on the ground floor, set between the kitchen/dining-room and Bedroom 1.
The second sitting-room is a cosy space and home to a large collection of books, games and DVDs.
Gaze out over the water whilst your appointed chef whips up some holiday treats!

The Prince of Wales Pier can be seen to the right from the terrace. Here you can board vessels and sail to Flushing, Trelissick Gardens, the Helford river and St Mawes.

The patio that you cross as you enter the property is a real sun trap, extending Summer into Autumn!

Waters Edge is the perfect place to explore the stunning maritime town of Falmouth.
Falmouth is a great base for exploring the Helford river, its just a short drive away or you can hop on board a boat at Prince of Wales Pier for a tour on the water!
The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.
A regular ferry runs from Falmouth to lovely St Mawes, a great day out and you don't even need your car!

I do think that if it could be made a little clearer in your description of the property that it was over two floors and you have the additional flight of stairs to access the main bedroom, bathroom etc. You do need to be quite mobile to continually be walking up and down stairs....

Water’s Edge has a wonderful location right on the water and close to the pier for ferries. It is a quiet spot but only a couple of minutes on foot from the shops, restaurants and pubs. The house itself is spacious with attractive decor and a well equipped kitchen. Entrance to Mulberry Quay is a little tricky, being through a narrow archway, from a road (High Street) which is closed at certain times of the day during high season. The extra parking space is somewhat challenging as it is bordered by metal posts....

We have now visited Waters Edge 6 times, and already have 2 visits booked for next year which really says it all. Can’t wait to soak in the views and ambiance of the property and Falmouth again.
