It was a lovely property - really well equipped (there's usually something lacking or substandard, but not here!). Really warm and homely, the location was great (both families have children at nearby Uni). Can't praise highly enough!

Perfect location, wonderfully homely property. Only downside is on a sunny day the garden is so peaceful and isolated you lose your motivation to go anywhere!

Fantastic comfortable farmhouse -large garden and very quiet location. Great location for exploring many beautiful areas/beaches around Cornwall. Loads to do locally for families as well- lots of great cycle rides/pubs and beaches close by. The farmhouse was nicely presented with wine and flowers when we arrived! Couple of draw backs- no tumble dryer which is a must with three kids! Also black out blinds needed and personally we found the double mattress far too soft which led to bad backs! Otherwise we enjoyed a fantastic holiday here and it was a great place to come home to after days out exploring, relaxing in the living room or outside on the patio with a glass of wine!
