Flushing has its own little beach looking out across the water to Falmouth.

The history of the estate is very interesting. The family can trace their lineage back to the 12th century. Our host popped in to give us all the essential information and we felt very welcome. A lovely welcome tray provided delicious locally ground coffee and a box of Cornish Shortbread biscuits. A further special touch was two vases of fresh flowers - one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. I really appreciated this. Thank you Little Trefusis!...

A delightful cottage set in gorgeous grounds. The cottage had everything you could ask for plus quite a large garden well equipped with all summer accessories plus a BBQ. Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location. We loved the woodland walk down to the little cove, the pretty village, nearby hilltop playground, excellent pub and easy access to loads of great spots . The owners were very helpful and the house had everything we needed for a great holiday. Strongly recommend, with only slight caveat that the walk down to the beach is rough terrain and a hill on the way back so not suitable for everyone....
