The cottage and location are idyllic and very peaceful. It’s comfortable and well equipped, great for a couple. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with spring flowers in the hedgerows and garden and lambs cavorting in the fields. An ideal location for exploring South Devon and beyond. The owners were perfect, caring hosts - there if needed, but not at all intrusive. We’d love to return one day. ...

Kiln Cottage is perfect for a couple. Traditional cottage with wood burner (although we visited in the summer), steep narrow spiral like stairs which we found fine (we're in our late 50s, average fitness!). Bonus of a garden all to yourself. Lots to do in the area. We loved Totnes and Dartington Hall is worth a visit. ...
