Mr Hamilton June 2024

This is an amazing apartment. My wife and I recently stayed for a week as we walked some of the SW Coast Path. The apartment itself has amazing views as can be seen in the photos. It is so close to the sea and was so nice to hear the waves. We even saw a seal just in front of us one evening. One complete side of the apartment is glass doors which was so nice. We had great weather when we stayed but I would suspect it would be great to stay in the winter, cosy inside as the waves crash into rocks below. The location is really good, between the Plymouth Cremyll ferry to one side and Kingsand/Cawsand to the other. We really enjoyed walking to Cawsand which had a nice atmosphere in June. So nice relaxing, going for tea or a cold beer, and then walking back along the coast path. The apartment if is in private grounds and very quiet. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, very well equipped. I can't think of anything to fault it on. Very much recommend this apartment. I hope we can come back again some day......

Fabulous flat . Very nicely decorated. Great views out to sea. Approach road very narrow, but there are passing places. So peaceful. We love it there, cannt wait to return

Mr Amis September 2024

Wonderful relaxing property with a very comfortable bed. Outstanding views across Plymouth Sound. Excellent location for walks, eateries and exploring Cornwall's forgotten corner.

Mr Bunker November 2024

Excellent property, comfortable and very well equipped, despite being very remote. Magnificent views of Plymouth Sound and the breakwater. The Eddystone lighthouse can be seen on the horizon on a clear day. Be prepared to travel a fairly long way for a decent supermarket, although there is a Co-op in nearby Millbrook. The quickest way to get to Plymouth is by the foot ferry from Cremyll, and then a bus from the other side. If going by car, the options are the Torpoint ferry or Tamar bridge. ...
