A beautifully decorated and furnished cottage. Both bedrooms were spacious with lovely ensuites. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property. The location was peaceful but within easy reach of Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis. The welcome goodies were much appreciated (for us and our dog). We would love to stay here again....

This was a beautiful cottage, so well renovated and decorated to a high level. It was very comfortable and homely, including the patio furniture. The welcome home-made scones and jam plus cream and lovely wine, butter, biscuits, milk and dog treats were much appreciated. Highly recommended....

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Orchard Lee Cottage. The cottage is luxurious, even better than the photos! It is in a tiny village just outside Axminster with a useful village shop and petrol station just round the corner and a big Tesco in Axminster itself. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the fabulous Devon and Dorset coast, including Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast, is only a short drive away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!...
