This property is in an amazing tranquil location with views over the beautiful Gillan creek. The local roads are narrow ( but fairly quiet when we went) so it takes a long time to drive anywhere. But we didn’t feel the need to go far because of the location. Recommend Shipwrights Arms and Cadgwith Cove Inn ( we walked to Cadgwith from Kennack Sands there is very limited parking at Cadgwith) Spar shop in St Keverne good for essentials....

Spinneywood is one stunning house, very comfortable and cosy with the most stunning views across the bay from the conservatory while relaxing on the sofa. The garden is amazing and well maintained, and having been a landscape gardener for many years, you appreciate a good garden and a good garden makes a house. The property is very well located for exploring the surrounding area and coastal paths....

Lovely location and view, and house was very comfortable even with 5 adults and a dog. Plenty of comfortable seating, and separate spaces. Good service from housekeeper.

Lovely accommodation with excellent views of the sea. Access via the narrow lanes was sometimes difficult when faced with oncoming cars and tractors
