Welcome to stunning Carthew Barn.

If you love to entertain then this is the perfect place for everyone to all get together whatever the season.

Wrap up warm and enjoy a bracing walk along one of the many coast paths before you head back and rustle up a hearty supper in the well-equipped kitchen before relaxing on the super-comfy sofa in front of the toasty wood-burner.

The main bedroom oozes luxury.

Relax on the lawned area in front of gorgeous Carthew Barn - bring your book and a beverage....

Or, just gaze at the stunning view.

From dawn until dusk you can enjoy your wonderful surroundings.

The fabulous fire pit for dreamy evenings toasting marshmallows.

The stunning open plan living area. Steps lead up to a little landing and behind the curtain is an internal door, which is shared with the neighbouring barn. However this door is locked at all times.

The gorgeous kitchen is very well-equipped.

The kitchen is full of light thanks to all the glass and windows. The stairs take you down to the ground floor.

The barn has been designed to make the most of the estuary view, with three large bay windows, all with built-in window seats , so don’t forget your binoculars.

The cute breakfast-bar is perfect for morning coffee and sweet pastries.

The breakfast-bar also doubles up as a fabulous work station.

Snuggle up in front of the roaring wood-burner with a good book.

Five steps lead up to the internal door, which is always locked.

For a more 'fine dining' experience, a trip to the exquisite Rick Stein's seafood restaurant is a must, so ladies, don't forget to pack an evening dress and heels.

Don't forget to pack a warm hat for those brisk beach walks.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is an oasis of calm in creams and greys. Whilst the doors do not open, opening the little windows at the top of the doors will let in the fresh air.

The lavish en suite bathroom wouldn’t look out of place in a five-star hotel.

Pretty bedroom 3 has a double bed and enjoys views across the lawn. Whilst the patio doors do not open, the windows at the top of the doors can be opened to let in a gentle breeze. The door leads into the utility-room.

The desk is perfect if you have some work to do whilst on holiday.

The super stylish family bathroom has a bath and enclosed shower.

Run a deep bath and soak away the sand and sea salt.

Bedroom 3 is light and airy.

The super useful utility-room leads off from bedroom three.

The glorious view of The Camel Estuary from Carthew Barn.

Peace and tranquility, how perfect is this!

Make wonderful holiday memories at Carthew Barn.

Carthew Barn is in a magical setting with a fabulous fire pit.

Blissful al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine.

The terrace is the perfect spot for a pre dinner glass of wine.

Carthew Barn is semi-detached and you can see here where the neighbours reside.

Arrive and enter through this main entrance of Carthew Barn, also the perfect spot for a morning coffee listening to the bird song.

Due to its location, there are steps throughout the property.

The enclosed outdoor seating area - sit at the end of the day and watch the stars appear in the night sky.

Some feathered friends may share this far-reaching view with you.

Constantine bay is stunning in the summer but as beautiful in the winter when you're wrapped up warm and cosy.

Padstow at night is very romantic, treat yourself to a candlelight supper and afterwards a stroll around the harbour to watch the sunset.

Trevone beach is a short drive away.

Take the coast path to Daymer Bay and stop and have a paddle.

The Camel Trail can either be cycled or walked. You have two routes to choose from Wadebridge to Padstow, or Wadebridge to Bodmin, or maybe just do both?

Bishop's Wood is part of the Woodland Trust and is great day out for cyclists and walkers.
