The traditional front entrance hall. The stairs lead to three of the four bedrooms.
A couple of steps lead up from the kitchen to the utility-room, the second staircase (to the master bedroom) and the door to the 'engine room' of the farmhouse - the bio mass boiler room. Beyond that room is a locked link door to the owners home.
On those sunny days open up the bi-folds and enjoy the sunshine.
All the rooms are en suite but this bedroom even has its own staircase! This room has dual-aspect windows, with the second window looking over the farmstead.

The private staircase can been seen here - this room is also accessible via the adjoining bedroom which can be set as a twin or a king-size room. Ideal maybe as a family suite.

This peaceful room can be accessed from the main landing or via a dressing-room through to the 'master' bedroom. Its views are over the gardens and valley beyond. A second window looks out into the farmyard. It can be set as a king-size bed or twins.

The driveway sweeps round to the left into the courtyard where you will find the parking for the farmhouse.
Here you can see the games-room opposite the boot room door. This is shared with the neighbouring cottages - The Cowshed and The Apple Press.
Just over the border into Dorset, this is the famous Golden Cap, with Lyme Regis in the background.
Budleigh Salterton is another east Devon coastal town. Totally unspoilt and never over crowded.
The east Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast is spectacular. This is Sidmouth. A lovely Regency seaside town - with a world famous Folk Festival each year. There is plenty of sand at low tide.
Wreath Farm is in a great area of south Somerset, close to the borders of east Devon and Dorset and the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Famous Lyme Regis is just 10 miles away. A wonderful outing for all the family.
Wreath Farmhouse has a calm feeling throughout so you will be sure to be able to relax.
The thoughtful interiors are complemented by the soft furnishings.
The owners live in the single-storey property attached to the Farmhouse - it can be seen to the right of this photo. There is a locked internal door between the two properties.

Wreath Farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay and is beautifully presented. We enjoyed a peaceful week in this lovely house and particularly enjoyed the view across very pretty countryside from the garden room - despite the at times awful weather! The house is warm, tastefully equipped and very well laid out. We would happily recommend staying here and the owner was very pleasant, helpful and discreet. Many thanks....

I booked this house as I wanted somewhere really special to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family. It definitely did not disappoint. It's in a very quiet location with amazing views and if you are lucky you will see deers in the wild field at the bottom of the garden. Plenty of room for everyone with 2 reception rooms if you don't all want to watch the same thing on TV. There is a little porch area you can leave all your coats and shoes without bringing them into the house and a lovely big kitchen with a breakfast bar. I really could not fault this house at all....

A very well designed property, which has plenty of space for 8 guests. There are only two parking spaces immediately opposite the farmhouse, but plenty of space behind the cottage complex. On arrival there were flowers, biscuits and tea, and the whole property was beautifully clean. The timing of the heating coming on, was lacking, but luckily it wasn't cold, and in the evening a log burner was delightful. There was plenty of hot water. All the kitchen appliances worked, and it was a well stocked kitchen, only lacking a few items that have been reported. We had a very happy long weekend, and are hoping to return next year....
