This is a wonderful cottage with a friendly and hospitable owner, set in a beautiful location. Ideal for visitors of any age, an added bonus is the access to the owner’s fields and lovely walks from the door. The cottage is all on one level, with accessible shower, so well adapted to visitors who are not wheelchair users, but have limited mobility. We hope to visit again soon. ...

This property is exactly as it appears in the photographs. It is a beautiful, spacious Barn converted to an exceptionally high standard, very private, exceedingly well furnished and extremely comfortable. The view from the large deck is simply stunning, the tranquil Devon countryside and peaceful surroundings only gently interrupted by the sounds of nature. Kevin the owner is genuinely welcoming, and kindly provides a generous welcome hamper as well as many other thoughtful extras. We have returned from our holiday calm and rested, relaxed and restored, and would definitely love to return to Larch Barn again in the future....
