We are a walking group of seven men and a dog. The property and location were ideal for what we wanted. We used it as a base for walking part of the South West coastal path (from Lyme Regis to Paignton). The bedroom and bathroom facilities were more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen and dining area made it easy to prepare meals on the evenings we decided to eat in. Good local bars and restaurants are only a short drive away. There is plenty of space to relax in comfort and watch TV, if you want to. We also had great fun using the games room, not to mention enjoying the spectacular views across the Teign estuary and down towards Teignmouth! All in all, an excellent property in a great location. ...

Wonderful place for a large family reunion. Accommodation was perfect and annex handy for not-so-good-sleeping 20 month toddler (and parents!) We all enjoyed the hot tub and loved Shaldon with its botanical gardens and zoo.

I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday 11 of us and dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place although the roads were very narrow approaching the property, but that is Devon for you. The hot tub was a definite hit and the scenery spectacular.
