Guests have sole use of the summer-house. It faces south to make the most of the sunshine and views across the fabulous garden and the little pond; please take care if you have small children with you.
The summer-house is a real sun trap and the perfect spot for a barbecue.
There is a large separate utility-room with a further cloakroom.
The kitchen/dining-room is an excellent size for a cottage that accommodates four guests.
There is an Aga for you to enjoy too!

Children will love to see the chickens - you might even be treated to some fresh eggs!
The driveway up to Ford Farm often has grazing sheep either side of the little lane.
The east Devon Jurassic coast and gorgeous Lyme Regis is a really easy drive from Stable Cottage. There are many beaches for great family days out.
There are many lovely fishing villages and seaside towns along the east Devon Jurassic Coast. So much to explore and fabulous coastal path walks.
Walking along the east Devon Jurassic Coast offers one stunning view after another.
The Regency town of Sidmouth is well worth a visit. There is a wonderful long promenade, and the cliff top cafe and gardens in the picture are a treat at the end of your stroll.

Budleigh Salterton is a truly unspoilt little seaside town. This boat says it all.

The property was first class. Spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The garden was amazing and the views from the garden were also amazing. The hosts , Martin and Sarah were both lovely. On hand to help if needed but not at all intrusive. I definitely recommend this property....

The facilities are outstanding, the cottage is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a home from home.
