A lovely cottage as long as you have use of more than just the ground floor. Owners friendly and helpful if you had any problems (Using AGA!) Shaldon a lovely peaceful village with plenty of amenities.

Convenient for access too Shaldon and Teignmouth. Good parking. Excellent views. Very comfortable, homely cottage with all mod cons.
