Fabulously equipped kitchen everything in the cottage was in good working order, a beautiful little cottage, very close to one of the best beaches in the world,we adored the Cottage I would love to live there permanently.

We loved this cottage for a short stay with our family of 4 (2 kids of 6yrs). It is very compact but this was no challenge for us as the weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outside. The cottage is well arranged and feels more spacious than it is, so it was great for a short stay. The beach is really stunning and it is a great bonus to be at the end of a track which leads directly to the dunes and coast path - no need for long walks on busy roads. The beach is within easy walking distance, especially if you don't mind sliding down sand dunes, and you can quickly get to the less-populated areas of the beach, a definite bonus if you are trying to avoid crowds. The housekeeper was nearby and super-helpful with any enquiries we had. Definitely recommend....

We had a lovely time at Forge Cottage and we will book this quaint and quirky cottage again. A stones throw from the beach and more importantly the two awesome pubs, burger van and pizza restaurant.

Just one point that could help others ! If you are taking more than one car to the cottage you can reserve a car parking spot a Crantock village hall for £25 for a week
