Typically delightful cottage in a perfect location to explore crantock and the headlands around. Easy walk to the beach and lovely pubs nearby all dog friendly. Bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space each room having a lovely en-suite. Living spaces are good but the games room is pointless. Pool table with a clear bow in the base. Table football that the youngest won everytime depending on which end of the table you go to for the roll and a dart board with bent darts. Tumbledrier was excellent, got lots of use! Kitchen is all a little tired, dishwasher was useless, pre washing required and the hottest longest wash to ensure it was clean. Knives with chunks out of the blades but overall the equipment was good. Would benefit from a pizza slice. If you’re intending pizza at jam jar go super early, they ran out of dough on our first visit and second we couldn’t get takeaway we had to sit in. Not ideal with 3 dogs we didn’t want to leave unattended in the property. No reflection on the house, but a consideration if you’re intending to go. Overall we love crantock and the house is in the perfect location. Parking is super tight if you’ve got 3 large cars, but it’s off road and free. ...

We met the owners - who were lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay - as did Jo the housekeeper. All in all - we would return in a heartbeat....
