This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first time. Lovely facilities and very clean and tidy. Local to a lot of things and only a short drive to Falmouth and many other places.

Just enjoyed a wonderful break in Cornwall. The property lived up to our expectations if not beyond- an excellent base to return to after exploring Cornwall in the day. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished throughout. The owners appear to have thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to feel home from home. The outdoor seating areas were a bonus and the hot pool was enjoyed most evenings. The house is tucked away but felt private - a nice stroll into Penryn. I would recommend Pizzeria 42 (about 15 minute walk). There were good bus services to other places - we caught a bus to Falmouth with ease. We would definitely stay here again....

Everything was perfect and brand new, the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. The decor was relaxing and beautiful and we had a great amount of indoor and outdoor space for our family of four. We liked that we could walk into Penryn for coffee, to Muddy Beach cafe or to Bailey’s or Londis for groceries. We also loved the hot tub and private back garden for eating dinner Al fresco. Parking our car was also super convenient. Was easy to get to both Truro and Falmouth either by train or car and many other places we wanted to visit in the surrounding area. We will stay there again and highly recommend staying at Meadowvine....

I was apprehensive about booking this cottage due to the lack of reviews. However I am so pleased I did! This was the first holiday cottage I have ever stayed in where the whole family could just unpack without having to clean first, which makes such a difference to the start of the holiday. The whole house was spotless, especially the kitchen. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen had everything you need. The hot tub was great for the family especially in the late evening after a long day by the coast. Penryn isn’t the most exciting town but does have a fab Saturday morning Parkrun at Penryn campus, and it is only a short drive to Falmouth for supermarket supplies. We also caught the train to Truro on a rainy day which was a cheap day out. The local beaches in Falmouth were perfect for winter swimming and the whole of the Lizard provide amazing coast path walking. Thank you for a lovely stay. ...
