A great house very close to the centre of Penzance, which is full of interesting museums, gardens and shops, with all of the beaches, wildlife and archaeology of West Cornwall on your doorstep

A lovely place to stay on a quiet street, a short distance from the railway and bus station and main shopping streets. The house had everything we needed for a comfy stay, within an easy walk of everything in Penzance. Parking in the area was difficult but it was perfectly located for exploring by public transport (would recommend the Land's End Coaster bus, and the train to St Ives). We loved discovering some new places in Penzance too during our stay, including Roundhouse just a couple of mins walk away for excellent cakes and coffee!...

The house was very nice and cosy. It had everything you could possibly need. The house was perfectly clean. The location was great to explore Penzance. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes to the seaside.

Overall we had a great stay in this house. The location is excellent. Parking can be tricky but we managed to park opposite the house and didn’t move the car all week, choosing to explore by foot or public transport which is plentiful and convenient. The house is spacious and well equipped and we found everything we needed for cooking meals. The complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch and it was great to find both cocktail and champagne glasses provided. The TV is too small for any serious watching so we didn’t bother using it. The stairs are steep and the step down the landing and up to the bathroom can be tricky to negotiate in the night, though there was a useful night light provided. The bathroom is well appointed and we enjoyed a soak in the huge tub, as well as the brilliant shower! We found the double bed a bit too small and the mattress a little too soft for our taste and comfort. A few tweaks to the property would make it a more luxurious stay but overall it is a cosy and comfortable house. ...
