Pooks Hill Cottage is such a pretty cottage. There is off street parking with an electric car charging facility. On street parking is available for a second vehicle close to the property.

Shaldon is a lovely Devonshire village on the Teign estuary and is under three miles away.

Exmouth and its beautiful coastline are also very much worth a visit. Spending a whole day in this fabulous seaside town is perfect for both young and old.
The beautiful harbourside town of Brixham is home to the Golden Hind.
Brixham is also home to the Blue Flag Breakwater beach.
The naval town of Dartmouth is simply stunning whatever the time of year.
The south Devon coastline offers numerous beaches, both pebble and golden sands.

Pooks Cottage is so full of charm in a stunning Devonshire Village with the classic chocolate box look with the quirky layout inside which adds a special charm about the place. All modern Amenities for your comfort, along with amazing comfy sofas and bed! Be prepared to duck through some of the doorways, we didn’t bang our heads once so you soon get used to it....

Our week at Pooks Hill cottage was perfect from start to finish Classic Cottages looked after us fully with booking to keep us updated . Such a tranquil village perfect cottage not far from anywhere for visiting the beautiful beaches we absolutely loved our stay and definitely be booking again highly reccomended...

What a lovely cottage, cannot recommend it highly enough! It suited us as we wanted somewhere quiet but close to amenities and walks. The Castle Inn at the top of the hill was very friendly and welcoming with excellent food and beer. Dawlish was a lovely little town but Teignmouth and Shaldon had more to offer, enjoy the ferry ride across the Teign....

We had a fabulous week at Pooks Hill Cottage. The village is very quiet and relaxing with a lovely pub called the Castle situated at the top of the road, about a 3 minute walk. The Cottage is mmaculate, comfortable and very clean and wonderfully kitted out . The garden is very quaint, private and a sun trap is the afternoon. Its everything we expected and more.
