We had the most fantastic family holiday staying in Dolphin House. Both the house & location get a 10/10! The house is very close to the beach. Great for lots of family fun! It has a sea view & you can hear the waves from the front balcony where we spent alot of time relaxing & playing games. We enjoyed morning swims & walks on the beach over to Burgh Island. The house itself is very spacious for 10 people. We did not feel on top of each other at all. It is very well equipped, plenty of everything in the kitchen with high quality appliances. Bedrooms nicely decorated & plenty of bathrooms. The lounge is very comfortable & we spent evenings watching TV & relaxing together. The outside shower & utility room came in very handy after trips to the beach. Communication with the owner was also a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dolphin House & keen to return. ...

We had a enjoyable stay in this lovely house. Great place for a family beach holiday and within easy reach of Dartmouth and Plymouth. The house is beautifully equipped and a lot of thought has gone into the detail.
