The property surpassed expectations! It was so lovely I want to redecorate my home to be just like it. The photos don’t do it justice. It is light, airy and so clean. It was bigger that it looks but it also had a fabulous garden we could use, birds on the feeding station and the most lovely crockery. Everything you need was there. A real home from home. The owners were so generous and friendly. The location was excellent, under an hour to Looe and the same to Bodmin. The little woods to walk round was a lovely way to end the day. The eucalyptus plantation is lovely also. The air is so fresh and clean, we slept really well. A very quiet and peaceful location. We loved our day at Cotehele, lunch at Calstock and shopping at Tavistock. We drove home over Dartmoor, which was also breathtaking. I think we really did leave a little of our heart here....

Beautiful cottage in lovely quiet area. The cottage is very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The garden was a treat to sit in the evenings with local pheasants pacing around. The owners, Paul and Nancy were very welcoming and helpful. One of the loveliest cottages we have stayed in. Peace and quiet within a lovely area. Would love to stay again...

Everything was in place. The host were a really lovely couple. They greeted us with cornish cream, jam and scions along with the wine. On our exit they gave us the flowers from there garden which was a nice gesture. They ensured they helped with all neighborhood details. They provided access to visit the entire farm which was beautiful. The location is very nice and beautiful. It is a value for money....
