Lakeview House has an amazing spacious modern kitchen with breakfast bar, an electric mini-oven for additional cooking power and a Tassimo Happy Coffee machine for that all important morning coffee.
The kitchen looks out across fields at the back of the house and over the garden and lakes to the front.
The very large sitting/dining-room with French doors to the patio, garden and lake beyond. The garden is fully fenced. The hot tub is just around to the right-hand side.

Lakeview House and Lakeside House are semi-detached. There are privacy glass panels close to the house and then fencing between the two gardens.
There is a really large patio and French windows from the sitting-room as well as a sliding door from the kitchen.
This is the main bedroom on the first floor.
The room is exceptionally light and has a stunning high ceiling.
The fabulous super size window means that you can sit in bed with the most incredible unspoilt views in front of you.
The main bedroom has a really large walk-in shower in its en suite shower-room.
This is the king-size double bedroom on the first floor. Again this room has the most wonderful views.

The first floor family bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a bath.
This double bedroom is on the second floor. There is a very convenient cloakroom on the second floor too.
Last but not least - on the second floor - there is even this wonderful play-room equipped with TV, games and toys for children.
This is the totally unique setting for Lakeview House. Incredible views from the house, in a lovely rural setting.
A little (child-proof) garden gate takes you to the lake which is reserved for the enjoyment of guests at Lakeview and Lakeside only.

The house was lovely and modern...underfloor heating made it cosy..hot tub was fantastic day or night...view was spectacular..welcome pack was much appreciated. Local villages with independent shops were nice...only one downside was the weather which can't be controlled..would love to return during the summer months....

What an amazing property. Great views over the fishing lake, peaceful location, huge garden, well equipped and to top it off a hot tub. A great find and we will be back.
