No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower-room.
It doesn't get much better than this!
The bungalow is down below the level of the road.

I do look really forward to coming back to Gulls Roost. I think this was my third time and again absolutely enjoyed every minute. The cottage is so cosy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and I always have such a relaxing time without a care in the world gazing at the spectacular view day after day whatever the weather. Their are some lovely walks around which we really enjoy. The Cornish welcome gifts were most generous as well, I throughly enjoyed them....
