Gulls Roost is fabulous. Its in a beautiful location and is very comfortable. Our one suggestion would be to either change the bedroom curtains to thicker ones or install blinds. They are very thin and let in the morning light. Otherwise take an eye mask! Apart from that its flawless. ...

The view was outstanding but it’s quite remote and very exposed to the elements and although we had Wi-Fi we had no phone signals If you bring a dog I would keep it on a lead outside at all times. If you have any difficulty with steps please be aware there are small steep steps down to the property. A pleasant week away and the local pub is very friendly and the food was good as well....

Gulls Roost is in the perfect position for either a relaxing,lazy stay or for plenty of walking. All of Cornwall is within reach of a do-able journey. The bungalow itself is spotlessly clean,bright & comfortable.
