Such a lovely place…very tranquil but within easy reach of fantastic beaches and more touristy attractions. 3 great restaurants/pub nearby. Really nice to arrive with milk/tea/coffee/biscuits and washing up paraphernalia. Beautiful lake on site and a nice patio area. Perfect for us with a dog and a teenager. Would definitely visit again!...

Great location! The beach on the doorstep is also allowed dogs year round; we were not expecting this and fully prepared to have to find a beach that was. This was a big plus point for us with a young child in tow who constantly wanted to be on the beach...

Very peaceful location. Accommodation was very comfortable. Ease of parking was a bonus. Limited choice of restaurants close by, however the local pub and cafe in the village were excellent.

Cockleshell cottages are pretty, quiet sea side cottages. The beach is a two minute walk. Lovely seafront restaurants near by. The location makes it a great base to visit the busier near by towns, and the rest of this beautiful island. The park is situated on wildlife preservation lake. So, excellent location for birdwatching. We had a lovely stay, and look forward to staying again....
