At the back of the house on the ground floor you will find the utility room along with the downstairs shower room.
Head up the stairs to discover all four of the bedrooms.
Bedroom one offers an ensuite and is calm and peaceful with views to the front of the cottage.

The shower ensuite is small but perfectly formed.
Time for a quick shower before heading to the beach.
Head along to bedroom 3 and enjoy a calm relaxing bedroom thanks to the muted tones and beautiful styling.
There are lovely touched throughout the house.
This bedroom is double aspect so floods with light.
There are two cute twin rooms this one benefits from views across the front lawn and large garden.
Yet another glorious view.
The second twin bedroom can be found at the back of the house.
This is a lovely cosy room for those little members of the family.
When you have the perfect spot to enjoy a long relaxing soak after a fun day of exploring.
You also have the option of a shower in the family bathroom.
The garden is a rural treat!
Pull off the lane to find the cottage tucked away in it's own little Cornish nook.
Take advantage of being on the dramatic north coast and the many coast paths.
Summerleaze Beach in Bude allows for surfing and also has a sea pool for those less keen on waves but still up for a dip.
Bude is a great town for poking around shops and finding lovleyplaces to eat.
Clovelly is closeby and is a lovely place to explore.
Head to Bideford for more shopping and possibly even a trip to Lundy Island for the day.
Round the corner from Westward Ho! you'll find Appledor, another lovely seaside town.

We loved our stay at Eastcott Cottage as a family of five. Our boys (and dog!) enjoyed running around the front garden and seeing the cows next door. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We could easily access the lovely Devon and Cornish coastline and the cottage provided an excellent base for our holiday. We were also very impressed with the wifi speed which was required for a few work situations. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend to others!...

Loved the cottage and the location - just off the A39 so easy access and not far from Bude but very quiet and peaceful. The cottage was very comfortable as were the beds which was welcome after long days walking the South West Coast Path - very home from home. Two reception rooms so we alternated in the evening just because we could! Lovely kitchen and nice large table to sit around in the evenings. Nice large fridge and freezer too as we brought our own food. Great utility area - very spoilt for room. We had a problem with the front door not unlocking from the inside (not a big issue as 3 other doors to use) and this was sorted out really quickly by the owner and manager. Could not fault the service. We didn't really use the garden due to time of year but would be great in the summer Would certainly highly recommend Eastcott....

Beautifully furnished & presented cottage with plenty of space for 2 families. The garden is large and wonderful for children to play in. A short drive to some lovely beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
