The only major problem lies with the pool.The USP for me was the outdoor heated pool with a temperature of 27/28 degrees celcius thus making swimming extremely comfortable.I have no doubt that the temp.of the water leaving the heating apparatus might well achieve the advertised level BUT, without a pool cover the actual pool temp. during our visit was circa 16 degrees and not much higher than the ambient sea temperature during summer months in Cornwall.The owners really must fund the fitting of a proper cover to avoid all of that expensive water heating being lost to the elements.Using wet suits in order to utilise this excellent facility should not be an option !...

Great property with a fantastic pool which is the main selling point of this house. Location is good to see all the local sites this area of Cornwall has to offer. Would definitely love to stay here again.
