Please be aware of the steep stairs that lead up to the twin bedroom in the eaves on the first floor.
The twin bedroom is tucked away in the eaves of Lawn End, which is more suitable for older children due to the steep ladder and head restriction.
Lawn End is a lovely property just seconds away from the beach, with a stunning decking-area if you want to go no further to relax.

The decking is a delightful space to light up the barbecue on a summer evening.
There is plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful Isle of Wight sunshine.
Seaview is a delightful village with lots to see and do.
Seaview beach provides an ideal launch platform for boats and watersports.
Seagrove Bay is a stunning beach and just a short stroll away.
Visit Bembridge and explore the last surviving windmill on the island.
The view over Sandown Bay from Culver Downs is magnificent.
Osborne House is a fabulous place to spend the day.
Travel to West Wight and stunning Freshwater Bay.

Very cosy and warm cottage in a lovely village with seaside walk and nice cafe. Very friendly housekeepers made a nice surprise- birthday cupcakes and card. :)

A lovely stay of two weeks. the house incredibly clean, comfortable with perfect contents. And garden with decking perfect. Wonderful position on Bluett Avenue, close to seafront and also shops etc. thank you.

Red squirrels in the garden, stone's throw from the sea, cosy and secure, space for our bikes, boats and car - all good. Seaview Hotel fab for supper, the Old Fort great for a drink whilst watching the watery busyness of the Solent. What's not to love!?...
