We stayed at the Shepards hut for a long weekend and we loved it! The location is beautiful! The log fired hot tub is a perfect way to relax! It's close enough to Exeter town centre to venture out but far enough to feel like your in the middle of nowhere! I would honestly recommend this to anyone wanting a great staycation! :) ...

Loved our stay at Shepard's Oak. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and I would love to return. Waking up to the sound of birds and a beautiful sunrise was a lovely treat and I will miss it.

Overall a really nice stay. Beautiful views, cute looking hut, comfy bed, friendly animals. Paul was more than happy to help if we needed anything. We had a couple of hiccups on our stay like the hot tub not heating up and our hot water turning off one night. But we stayed at the end of October and it was very cold and windy so that could have been why. I would definitely stay again, probably in the summer though....
