To paraphrase Mary Poppins, this cottage is “perfect in every way”. Lavender Barn is set amongst the stunning Devon countryside ideally situated for visiting the wonders that Devon and Cornwall have to offer. We are not novices at renting cottages and Lavender Barn was far and away the best cottage we have stayed in. We could not think of anything missing from the cottage that would have made our stay more enjoyable or comfortable. The cottage exceeded all expectations! There was everything you needed.. even down to dishwasher tablets and tea towels.. we had an arrival pack of fruit, rolls, cheese, milk, butter and hot cross buns! Joan the owner is lovely and takes a lot of pride in her cottage! I would highly recommend booking this cottage. We will be back...
