Mackerel Sky is in an excellent location and several walks can be made from the property and if you wish to explore further using public transport the coastal bus service stops outside the entrance gate. The cottage is well decorated/furnished and warm in chilly weather....

A lovely cottage for two people. Very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Good parking, and handy for St Just, Cape Cornwall, and numerous nearby footpaths. Ben and Bex were a pleasure to deal with, and responded quickly to any inquiries that we had. We would definitely use Mackerel Sky again, and would recommend it to friends....

We had a very enjoyable week at Mackerel Sky. A great base to come back to after a busy day exploring south west Cornwall. We loved the peace and quiet, but appreciated the relatively closeness of St Just for amenities.

Lovely comfortable cottage great location for coastal walks via cot valley. Sunny position with nice outside area to sit/eat. Bus stops outside property to St Ives and Penzance which saves on parking.
