We had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying in the Cob. The facilities were great and the location and surrounding countryside are truly something to behold. We particularly enjoyed walking around the fields of Leigh Farm and taking in the views from 'The Knoll'. Our Hosts were very friendly and receptive to our needs / requirements. They left us to our own devices but were available to answer any questions if required. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Leigh Farm should the opportunity arise. The owners of the cottage were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived they had left a cream tea for us which was a lovely touch. Lovely setting and amenities. Cottage was spotless. Will definitely book another holiday here....

We had such a lovely week in this property. Very peaceful rural location, delightful grounds including a wildlife pond, and The Cob itself was characterful, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. It made a great base for visiting both the coast and all parts of Dartmoor. The owners live on site and were super friendly and quick to respond (eg to replace a lightbulb) but were otherwise unobtrusive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will be back ourselves....
