Another wonderful stay in this warm, peaceful, comfortable cottage. The equipment etc is continually updated so everything is of an excellent standard. It’s good to be so conveniently situated for the town, trains, buses, ferries etc but to have private parking in a quiet area is a real bonus. As always we enjoyed the lovely views watching the weather change and the boats come and go. ...

This apartment has fab views, is very spacious, bright and cosy. It was spotlessly clean. The owners have provided everything you will need, they left out helpful notes and leaflets for us about the area. The location is great, just 5 mins up the High St from the shops and the Ferry / Boat trips. It only took us 15mins to walk to the Train Station and just about 25 mins to the beach. Having secure parking was a bonus, the allocated space for the car was fine for us and we have a Kia Estate Car, you just need to drive in carefully + ask your passenger /s to get out first. The steps to the property were not an issue for us. We did encounter a little noise disturbance from the Bistro above during the evenings, but this was only until about 10.30pm and then could only be heard from the back of the property and not the main bedroom itself. We slept soundly from here and awoke only to the gently tinkling of the boats in the wind and seagulls occasionally flying over...which we found lovely + quite relaxing! We would stay again as the location and quality of the apartment was perfect for us....

Only to say that the accommodation was absolutely spotless with everything you could ask for. We would definitely use Geaches Cott again if we visit Falmouth.
