Absolutely fantastic place to get away from day to day life booking was easy no issues with the property and even an added touch of a card and bottle of fizz for our anniversary! Would not hesitate on going back!

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful peaceful location. Just a few walkers going past. Lovely walks to Kingsand and Cremyl ferry to Plymouth and around Mount Edgecombe and Plymouth. Cottage very cosy and well equipped. Huge fridge that holds a week's food and drink and a separate freezer. Charcoal barbecue but you need to bring charcoal as only small bag supplied. Wood burner with logs supplied but took time to get logs burning. Short walk to pebble beach. Would love to return....

What an amazing oasis to spend time in. Surrounded by nature , watch deer, bats, badgers and squirrels from the hot tub and seals on the nearest beach. There is no need for the car as so many fabulous walks from the door and the ferry to Plymouth from Cremyll means that the amenities at the Royal William Yard are within easy reach with more amenities again within a walk at Kingsand/Cawsand, Millvroom and the Barbican or again across the water. Amazing time in this lovely place. ...
