This is a comfortable and spacious holiday home - perfect for larger parties. Coastal walks, beaches and pubs all easily accessible by foot or short car drive. Would thoroughly recommend and we would hope to return.

Peacefulness, wide spaces (inside and outside) and one of the most extraordinary views made our stay at Upton Mill a glorious break from the city. Beautifully decorated and, as the accommodation was full of modern conveniences, we could relax as soon as we arrived. With Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow so very close by, opportunities for days out were many and varied, and the stunning coastal walks gave us the necessary exercise on a daily basis. As there are relatively few supermarkets nearby, it is probably wise to book a grocery delivery, which is incredibly easy and very reliable. A perfect sitting and layout for a large family or group of friends....

Compared to our visit in 2019, the property seems tired and not as loved as much as it used to be. The general state of this and the garden was disappointing on comparison. View and position however cannot be criticised in any way. Rating in 2019 would have been excellent. Unfortunately not this time. ...
