Great little cottage in a peaceful location. This is a good find for exploring south & south west Cornwall. It has everything you need as a home away from home. Owners are so friendly & just next door if you need anything. Lovely walks right on your doorstep, great pubs in walking distance & a tea room to satisfy your sweet tooth....

We enjoyed our stay at Orchard Vean. We had a warm welcome from Nick with a very nice cream tea on arrival. The cottage was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen & a super powerful shower. It is in a very quiet location with parking beside the cottage. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in south west Cornwall....

Orchard Vean is a beautiful property set in lovely grounds and in a perfect location. It is well equipped and comfortable. We liked that it is on one level and appreciated the shower rather than a bath. Having a dishwasher was a real asset and gave us more time to go out! There are lots of walks from the property, many interesting properties and gardens to visit and Truro is very close. The perfect place to stay with very welcoming and helpful hosts. We are already looking forward to our next visit!...

We loved this exceptionally clean cottage and felt at home immediately. We were welcomed by Nick the owner who showed us around and explained how things worked. The literature was very helpful and detailed some lovely walks from the cottage. The walk to Devoran is a must with a lovely meal at The Quay Inn. Trelissick gardens are very close and worth a visit. We also used the King Harry Ferry to access the coastal footpath at Towan Beach. If you love walking, this area is for you. The cottage has a lovely garden and the peace and quiet is almost deafening! Thank you for the delicious cream tea. The cottage is perfect and I can’t recommend it enough. ...
