Who wouldn't use Classic Cottages???
This is the first dealing we have had with Classic Cottages and their organisation is a breath of fresh air compared to the service received from another large booking agency. Their organisation is definately customer facing and easy to deal with.

Absolutely Disgusting Service !!
I recently had to call to cancel a holiday my wife had booked earlier in the year as she was now receiving end-of-life care and unable to deal with it. I thought I'd call to cancel to give a chance for the property to be re-let. The Girl on the phone showed absolutely zero sympathy/compassion and had to refer to her manger who then asked for a doctors certificate to prove she's incapable of doing it - "really!!" I said, "I'm only trying to cancel a booking" I said the balance wouldn't be paid so the booking would naturally be cancelled, she said the deposit is non-refundable and apparently added this to the booking notes ....So 2 days later I get another call from the same girl asking to speak to my wife to chase the balance. I said wife has since passed away so difficult - no "sorry to hear that" or anything !! I got quite angry at this stage - wont say what I said. This company have NO IDEA how to deal with situations like this - they just want your money - I will NEVER use them again and strongly discourage anyone from doing so
We are so very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife, and can now only extend our heartfelt apologies for our handling of the situation. We certainly would never intend to add stress and upset at such a difficult time. Whilst it is necessary for us to work in line with our booking conditions, our poor communication and the error that led to you being contacted again to chase the balance despite the previous conversation, is absolutely not in line with our customer service values. I would like to reassure you this is being followed up and we will be putting some more training in place. The sales manager will be contacting you to discuss your refund further, but in the meantime, I would like to again pass on our deepest sympathies and sincere apologies. First rate service.
I'd booked a cottage on the Isle of Wight for a holiday this May but, for family reasons, I needed to push the holiday back to 2025. Classic Cottages were very helpful in rearranging the dates with the cottage owner. Excellent service!
