This cosy little cottage is literally on the edge of Cadgwith’s shoreline, perched a few steps above the beach looking straight out to sea. Many hours can be whiled away watching the waves gently lap the shore, or occasionally pounding the cliffs nearby.

The cottage is thought to have once been a fisherman's net loft, and the building behind is still used for this purpose by the local fishermen. Next door is a similar cottage, your right of way crossing their patio; there is also a public footpath on the far side, but this is seldom used.
