A stylishly converted former barn, this lovely house is set in peaceful surroundings with just a handful of neighbours; Halvasso is a quiet, secluded hamlet, but only a mile from the main road to Falmouth, a short drive away. Inside, the hall steps up into the huge sitting-room, which includes Sky television, WiFi, big comfy sofas, a wood-burner and two double doors leading outside. The well-equipped kitchen/dining-room also opens onto the sunny patio and enormous garden, which includes a pretty (covered) pond and even a sink for washing wetsuits. Also downstairs is an en suite bedroom. The other beautifully appointed bedrooms are upstairs, the spacious master with lovely views towards the sea from its Juliet balcony, and a door to exterior steps which descend to the garden (please take care). Please note, bedrooms three and four are excluded for bookings at the lower rent band. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 25 June and from 18 September to 14 December for parties of 4 + cot or less.
