Stable Steps is a spacious barn conversion set in a tranquil woodland garden, close to open moors and the south coast. A comfortable property with reverse level accommodation, there is a sunny stone patio which is accessed from the first floor sitting-room, and a kitchen and a shower-room all on the same floor. There are external stairs on the front of the house and the internal stairs go down to the three bedrooms below (the twin bedroom has restricted space, however if only occupied by one person, the second bed can be stored away giving more room). This is a peaceful haven where you can walk on the moors, enjoy beach days on the south coast at Looe or explore the winding streets of Fowey and Polperro. Ideal for visiting all of Cornwall, there is much to see within easy driving distance; water sports at nearby Siblyback Lake, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project and several National Trust properties and gardens. A small part at one end of the barn is retained by the Owners, who visit very rarely during holiday occupancy.
