Fred’s Place is a lovely three-storey Georgian terraced house merely a stone's throw from Kingsand beach, with glorious sea views and next door to a good pub. Kingsand and adjoining Cawsand are set in a conservation area within the Rame peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a wonderful destination for family holidays. Inside, the oak-floored dining-room looks seaward. The fitted kitchen has an ornamental range, and leads to a spacious utility-room and tiny courtyard. The first floor sitting-room has terrific views; there is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor, with three further bedrooms and a shower-room on the top floor. There may be no garden, but the beach is so close it won't matter!
